H.G. Marquess Dr. Tony Tremaine Williams serves as the esteemed Secretary of State of the Royal House of Bradley, bringing to the Court a distinguished record of military leadership, public service, scholarship, and cultural stewardship. A native of Keithville and Shreveport in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, his lifelong commitment to community leadership began in youth and continued through more than twenty‑two years of honourable service in the United States Army, with assignments across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.
Marquess Williams is a graduate of Huntington High School and holds advanced academic credentials, including a Bachelor of Arts (Magna Cum Laude) in Gerontology, a Master of Arts in Health Care Administration, an Education Specialist (Ed.S.), and a Doctor of Philosophy (h.c.) His scholarly and administrative background strengthens the House’s commitment to excellence in governance, diplomacy, and cultural preservation.
Beyond his service to the Royal House of Bradley, he contributes to a wide network of cultural and hereditary institutions.
He serves on the Board of Directors of the House of Gordon USA, holds memberships in several historic Scottish clans, and serves as Chancellor of the Royal House of Gbi Hohoe Ahado. He is also the 14th Lord of the Manor of Packwoods and 14th Lord of the Manor of Skeeby, and a member of the Noble Company of Saint Mary of Walshingham.
Across his many roles, Marquess Williams has been recognised with numerous honours and distinctions, reflecting a career defined by integrity, service, and dedication to heritage. His work as Secretary of State supports the Sovereign Prince in diplomatic affairs, inter‑house relations, and the ceremonial governance of the Royal House of Bradley.
Biography
Tony Williams is a retired military leader, author, community leader and volunteer,
in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. He is currently a candidate for Justice of the Peace in the 2026 General Election.
Tony is a native of Keithville and Shreveport where he grew up active in the community.
He was the leader of his church youth department, school JROTC Brigade, and helped with political campaigns.
After graduation from Huntington High School, he entered the US Army, where he served over 22 years. During this time, he served in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the US.
His higher education includes Bachelor of Arts (Magna Cum Laude) in Gerontology, Ashford University, Master of Arts in Health Care Administration (Ashford University), Education Specialist Ed.S. (Liberty University), and Doctor of Philosophy (h.c.) (Kennedy University).
He currently serves as the Secretary of State of the Royal House of Bradley, Board of Directors of the House of Gordon USA, and holds memberships in Clans Anderson, Bailey, Gunn, Keith, MacLaren, and Stewart.
He is also the Chancellor of the Royal House of Gbi Hohoe Ahado, 14th Lord of the Manor of Packwoods, 14th Lord of the Manor of Skeeby, and Noble Company of Saint Mary of Walshingham.
