✠ DECLARATION OF CHIEFSHIP ✠

Of the Uí Bhrolcháin Clan

Let it be proclaimed to all descendants of the Uí Bhrolcháin, to all Gaelic clans, to all houses in amity with ours, and to all peoples who honour the ancient traditions of Ireland, that:

✠ H.I.R.H. Carl Raymond Bradley

Sovereign Prince of the Imperial & Royal House of Bradley–Ua Bhrolcháin Holder of the Fons Honorum Bearer of the Ius Majestatis and Ius Nominis et Arma Custodian of the Federated Lineage

is hereby solemnly and irrevocably declared:

✠ CEANN FINE UÍ BHROLCHÁIN ✠

Head of the Name Chief of the Clan Guardian of the Ua Bhrolcháin Heritage

This dignity is affirmed by:

  • hereditary right,

  • genealogical continuity,

  • seniority of lineage,

  • the federated ancestral pillars of the House,

  • and the authority vested in the Sovereign Prince,

and is recognised as the rightful leadership of the Clan in its cultural, genealogical, and ceremonial expression.

 

✠ Rights and Duties of the Ceann Fine

As Ceann Fine, the Sovereign Prince shall:

  • preserve the heritage, rites, and customs of the Uí Bhrolcháin;

  • maintain the genealogical and heraldic records of the Clan;

  • appoint officers, elders, and representatives;

  • preside over the Derbfine and the Clan Assembly;

  • safeguard the symbols, arms, and traditions of the Clan;

  • unite the scattered branches of the kindred;

  • uphold the honour of the Ua Bhrolcháin name;

  • and serve as the living representative of the Clan’s ancestral sovereignty.

This authority is cultural, ceremonial, and genealogical, in accordance with Gaelic tradition and modern dynastic custom.

 

✠ Succession

The dignity of Ceann Fine Uí Bhrolcháin shall:

  • pass by hereditary right within the Imperial & Royal House of Bradley–Ua Bhrolcháin,

  • unless altered by the Derbfine in accordance with Gaelic custom,

  • and shall remain inseparable from the senior line of the House.

 

✠ Recognition and Proclamation

By this Declaration, the Imperial & Royal House of Bradley–Ua Bhrolcháin proclaims to all clans, houses, and nations that:

  • The Chiefship of the Uí Bhrolcháin is restored.

  • The Ceann Fine is named.

  • The Clan stands united once more under its rightful head.

This Declaration shall be:

  • entered into the Dynastic Codex,

  • recorded in the Royal Register,

  • inscribed in the Heraldic Rolls,

  • and published as the official proclamation of the Clan’s leadership.

In honour of our ancestors, in fidelity to the Ua Bhrolcháin name, and in the spirit of Gaelic sovereignty renewed, We hereby seal this Declaration.
